i stayed for four nights and the location was convenient for attending an event nearby i appreciated the easy access the staff were very helpful and friendly making my stay pleasant the room was clean and the bed was comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep each day fresh towels were provided which i really appreciated
i noticed slight wear on the carpets in the hallways

My room had issues The hairdryer emitted concerning noises and spewed debris I found this unacceptable for the price paid I expected better maintenance.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the venue it made attending the event straightforward the room had a functional hair dryer and ironing board which was useful i found parking easy and convenient ensuring my car was secure .

The location was excellent. It was very easy to get to using the train. Staff were amazing and let us check in early. That was a bonus!
The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall! There was no hand towel in the bathroom, only bath towels supplied. I found the price of drinks at the bar to be expensive
